Job Description
3. Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions and reports.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
6. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
8. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
9. Assist in budget monitoring and cost control activities.
10. Respond to finance-related queries from stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
11. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
12. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
13. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
16. Previous experience in the property industry or a similar role is advantageous.
