The Role
* Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their insurance needs
* Advise on and sell a wide range of personal lines insurance products (car, home, van, travel, legal protection, GAP insurance, etc.)
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance in administration
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored insurance solutions
* Operate within a supportive team and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture
The Person
* 3+ years' experience in insurance sales (desirable)
* Working knowledge of OpenGi software (preferred)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Customer-focused, with a passion for service and sales
* GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
* Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
