Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our Mansfield based client on a full time pemanent basis. You must have office based customer service experience and strong IT skills.
Monday-Friday
£25,000-£26,500
What You’ll Do:
1. Answer customer enquiries over the phone and email
2. Process online orders and manage delivery updates
3. Coordinate with the warehouse, couriers and suppliers.
4. Raise purchase orders for non-stock or direct-delivery items
5. Keep customers informed and ensure smooth operations
The Candidate:
6. Confident phone manner and strong relationship skills
7. Customer Service experience
8. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
9. Competent with Microsoft Outlook & Excel (Sage 200 a plus)
