We’re looking for a Technical Administrative Assistant to join our Technical & Engineering Team.


In this role, you will deliver accurate, efficient, and timely administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. You will demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, working effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.


Key Requirements:


* The ability to work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision, effectively managing your time and completing tasks in order of priority
* An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and support your wider team
* Proficiency with a variety of IT software, including Microsoft Office, and will have a strong command of Excel
* Be resourceful and keen to learn and take on additional responsibilities within the department


Main duties of the role:


* Compile and populate Technical & Engineering Team Enquiry documents on a site-by-site basis.
* Collate all Technical & Engineering Teams Enquiry Information, inc. drawings and specifications.
* Managing the Tender enquiries, including sending out in a timely manner, and collating all returned Tenders.
* Liaising with the Technical & Engineering Team, to provide a timely Tender Comparison.
* Prepare & Sending Technical & Engineering Appointment Documents
* Be responsible for Technical & Engineering Team invoice processing. Subject to the agreed sign-off process.
* Make initial incoming services payments, diversions and TBS Connections.
* Ensure Budget, Order and Invoice approval information is shared with the Commercial Team in an appropriate time frame.
* Collateral Warranty
* Assisting the Technical & Engineering Team in filing incoming project information.
* Collate Project Consultant Directory and issue to Dochosting.
* Create timely Reports & Documents using standard Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
* Be responsible for CQMS Registration for Technical & Engineering Work.
* LABC / Premier / NHBC initial Registration and support to the Technical Manager
* Produce and manage new standardised documents and procedures for the Technical & Engineering Team
* Issue letters and documents as requested.
* Obtaining signatures for completed/returned documentation. • Printing and Photocopying (drawings/reports etc)
* Postal Addresses applications.
* Perform other related duties as required when requested by the Board.


Experience/Qualifications


* Experience working in a construction environment would be highly desirable, although it is not essential to the role.
* Advantage to have the following qualifications: Minimum 5 GCSEs (including English and Math's.
