Job role:
Looking for a hard working, organized chef that would be running a small burger focused kitchen, prominently weekends - Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Experience in kitchens is essential, EHO compliance, Level 2 hygiene, and general kitchen maintenance too. With guidance from our executive team this will be implemented over your first few weeks with us.
Executive chef will train and prepare you for this role over the period of two weeks. You will work closely with our business looking into the future of this kitchen. We will be looking to expand this offering into weekdays if the demand is forthcoming and an extra chef added to spread the hours.
HOURS: Friday, Saturday evenings - Sunday day.

TRAINING DAY: last week of September depending on availability, accommodation provided, food allowance for the day.

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
