This position offers immediate exposure to large, complex transactions within the Industrials team and significant responsibility from the start. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions within the Industrials sector. Oversee the preparation of complex financial models, valuations, and industry analyses to support transaction recommendations. Provide deep insights into trends, challenges, and opportunities across Industrials sub-sectors (e.g., manufacturing, chemicals, automotive, building materials). Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Drive business development efforts by preparing and presenting pitches to prospective clients, identifying new opportunities within the Industrials sector.
