Warehouse General Manager

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Retail Business on the search for a Warehouse General Manager. This is a perm role based in Daventry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of food and FMCG products.
2. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, maintaining supply chain efficiency.
3. Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure proper handling and storage conditions of food and FMCG products.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
5. Conduct regular training sessions to improve skills and maintain team motivation.
6. Coordinate and optimise transportation routes, working closely with drivers and external transport providers.
