Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Community Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients in their homes. This role involves visiting clients with minimum 1-hour timeslots, ensuring personalized and high-quality support. If you have the experience and education we’re looking for, we’d love to conduct a video interview with you to discuss this opportunity further.
Requirements
* Valid G2/G driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
* PSW certificate or NACC certificate (transcript of records may be required from some schools).
* Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within one year; if not current, this will be a condition of employment).
* Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification (or confirmation of registration for an upcoming course).
* Two Step TB Test.
* Flexible scheduling availability, including days, afternoons, and a requirement to work every other weekend or 1 day every weekend.
