Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for previous experience in IT support, AV integration, or an MSP environment We require strong troubleshooting and communication skills We require experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking equipment, and commercial AV systems We would value familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms We would value experience with AV control systems and structured cabling We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively We are seeking a proactive and technically minded individual who enjoys problem-solving and working in different environments Responsibilities: We provide first and second-line IT support to a range of business clients We install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices We support Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint We manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies We install and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems We install, configure, and test audio-visual systems, including projectors, interactive displays, digital signage, and video conferencing equipment We support and maintain meeting room technology, boardroom AV systems, and unified communications platforms We carry out AV installations, including cabling, screen mounting, speaker setups, and equipment rack configuration We diagnose and resolve faults across AV hardware, control systems, and conferencing platforms We provide onsite support for client meetings, presentations, and live events where required We assist with the design and implementation of AV solutions tailored to client requirements We perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks across AV environments We carry out onsite client visits for installations, maintenance, and support We monitor systems, perform updates, and ensure backup processes are functioning correctly We assist with IT projects, AV deployments, and infrastructure upgrades We maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets within the helpdesk system We support improvements in internal processes and service delivery standards Technologies: Firmware Hardware Support Microsoft 365 Mobile Network Security SharePoint Windows Office 365 More: We are a growing local MSP business based in Aberdeen, and we are recruiting for an IT Support & AV Engineer to join our team.
