Pay
* 16-17 - £7.55 per hour.
* 18+ - £12.21 per hour.
Responsibilities
You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range, and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first‑time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands‑on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.
