Job Title: Sr. Director, Transformation Job Description Position Summary The Senior Director, Transformation is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across Concentrix's global client portfolio, uniting innovation, technology, and operational excellence to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role co-ordinates the regional innovation leads, ensuring consistent adoption and penetration of Concentrix's proprietary technology and AI platforms, and driving a strong Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback loop to continuously improve innovation effectiveness and impact. This leader acts as the strategic orchestrator between client-facing teams, operations, technology, analytics, and product leaders to shape, deliver, and scale transformational solutions that strengthen Concentrix's market differentiation and client partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Transformation Leadership Define and execute the global transformation strategy across key sectors and clients, ensuring alignment to Concentrix's strategic goals and client outcomes. Champion the integration of Concentrix technology and IX/AI platforms (IXHero, IXWisdom, etc.) into client environments to drive measurable ROI. 2. Leadership of Regional Innovation Leads Co-ordinate the activities of the Regional Innovation Leads responsible for driving penetration of Concentrix technology solutions within their markets. Drive visibility of Regional Innovation Lead activities across EMEA as single point of contact for the holistic picture of EMEA Innovation. Facilitate the community of Regional Innovation Leads to drive best practice sharing, learnings, standards and consistency of adoption. Establish performance goals and KPIs to measure regional tech adoption, innovation pipeline growth, and VOC feedback quality. Create a culture of innovation leadership and coaching to uplift regional capability and ensure consistency of Concentrix's innovation story globally. Consolidate and share VOC insights from clients and internal stakeholders to inform global product and innovation roadmaps. 3. Client Engagement and Co-Innovation Engage at C-suite and senior stakeholder levels to define transformation vision, opportunity framing, and co-innovation roadmaps. Lead pursuit and solution design for complex transformation opportunities, blending technology, analytics, and operations solutions. Partner with sales and solutioning teams to articulate value cases, commercial models, and transformation business outcomes. Serve as a senior external thought leader and trusted advisor on transformation, innovation, and CX technology trends. 4. Governance, Delivery and Risk Management Oversee execution of multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring quality, risk management, and realization of planned benefits. Maintain an integrated view of all regional initiatives and drive milestone achievement, reporting, and escalations. Ensure alignment of innovation programs with financial performance metrics, cost-to-serve improvements, and client satisfaction outcomes. 5. Internal Capability and Culture Partner with the broader Transformation, Consulting, and Technology leadership teams to codify best practices and scale learning. Mentor and coach transformation, innovation, and solutioning teams, supporting talent growth and succession planning. Foster collaboration across Consulting, Tech, Data, and Operations functions to drive end-to-end value delivery. Candidate Profile 15 years of experience in transformation, innovation, or consulting leadership, ideally within BPO, CX, or large-scale digital operations environments. Proven success leading global or multi-region transformation initiatives with measurable impact on revenue, cost, and customer experience. Demonstrated expertise in innovation management, automation, analytics, design thinking, or AI-driven transformation. Strong commercial and financial acumen, able to construct business cases and innovative commercial models (gainshare, per-outcome, etc.). Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and communication skills, with ability to influence at senior client and internal leadership levels. Certified in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, or equivalent; MBA preferred but not essential. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about using technology and human-centred design to improve customer and colleague experiences. Key Measures of Success Growth in Concentrix technology penetration across regions (% adoption uplift YoY). Improvement in Innovation VOC scores and actionable feedback loops. Number and value of transformation initiatives delivered or scaled annually. Achievement of client transformation outcomes (CX, EX, efficiency, ROI). Uplift in capability maturity across regional innovation and transformation teams.
