Job Description:
Fixed-term Contract - 12 months (with potential option to go perm)
Work from Home (1 day a month in modern office in Cambridgeshire)
Join a unique company with a friendly team. Customer Care Representatives provide first-class customer service to Dutch customers by building relationships, resolving queries on various topics, and processing orders and changes. Customer Care is the first contact point for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer Dutch-speaking customer queries and process requests via phone and email management software.
* Process customer orders using in-house system software.
* Make outgoing calls to customers to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
* Build relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high customer service standards.
Key Attributes:
* Fluent in both oral and written English and Dutch.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels with a positive, flexible approach.
* Problem-solving skills, initiative, and openness to continuous learning.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Must have a UK visa.
Hours and Days:
2-week rotation:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:15
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 09:45 to 18:00
This is a WFH role with approximately 1 day per month at our HQ in Cambridgeshire. Candidates must live within about 100 miles of the office.

Experience:
* Customer service, sales, administration, or similar experience: 1 year (preferred).
* Proficiency in Dutch and English at a Native or C1 level.
