FAMILY TIME MANAGER (Operational Lead & DSL) Part-time | £35,000 to £40,000 FTE (pro-rata) Hours: 20 able to flex up to 30 depending on the business needs. We are now looking for a Family Time Manager to take ownership of our Family Time & Supervised Contact service. Additionally, this role will also act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for all services offered by Freedom. THE ROLE This is a hands-on role where you will: Lead Family Time services Manage bookings, scheduling and caseloads Set up new cases Prepare the service for the future and drive growth Recruit and manage staff as the service expands Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) supported by two Deputies Develop safeguarding systems WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Qualified Social Worker or relevant professional, ideally registered with Social Work England (or equivalent) but not essential Experience in safeguarding Comfortable working independently Organised and adaptable Motivated to grow with the organization Have commercial awareness WHAT WE OFFER Flexible working arrangements Supportive team culture Professional growth Real influence and autonomy A chance to build and develop a service
