I am working with a London law firm that is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Locum Solicitor to provide support to its claimant clinical negligence team.
The Role
The successful locum will step into a busy and high-performing team, taking responsibility for a caseload of complex and high‑value claimant clinical negligence matters. You will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, providing senior oversight on files at various stages of progression.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence files independently
* Handling complex and higher‑value claims with minimal supervision
* Providing senior-level input and support across ongoing matters
* Ensuring continuity and progress on casework during the interim period
What we're looking for
Candidates should demonstrate:
* Extensive experience in claimant clinical negligence
* A proven track record managing complex and high‑value claims
* Confidence working autonomously and providing senior oversight
* Availability to commence from 1st April (or as close as possible)
* Ability to work 3 days per week in the London office
