Roles available
SEN Teaching Assistants
1. Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
2. Help children access learning in a way that works for them
3. Support communication, routines, and emotional regulation
4. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
5. Ideal if you’re patient, empathetic, and enjoy helping pupils thrive
Behaviour Support / SEMH Support
6. Support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs
7. Use calm, positive strategies to de-escalate situations
8. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
9. Help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn
10. Great for people with backgrounds in care, youth work, mental health, or mentoring
Teachers (Qualified or Unqualified)
11. Teach pupils with a range of SEN needs across secondary age groups
12. Opportunities for supply, long-term, and part-time roles
13. Suitable for qualified teachers, ECTs, or those trained overseas
14. A great option if you’re passionate about inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
