JOB TITLE: Damp and Mould Remedial Operative
LOCATION: South Holland
SALARY: Fixed term for 18 Months

The opportunity exists within our newly created Damp and Mould Team who's role is to ensure our customer's homes are kept free from Damp and Mould. We are looking for an experienced property maintenance and repairs individual to attend our homes where we have received reports of damp and mould, eradicate and carry out preventative repairs.
What we need from you:
* Experience in carrying out general repairs or maintenance to residential homes
* Dedication to doing an excellent job and a keen eye for detail and high standards of finish when carrying out repairs
* Great communication skills and positive individual with a "can-do" attitude"
* Commitment to working safely and in accordance with policies and processes to keep everyone safe.
