Overview
Sales Assistant role at Ryman. 16 hours per week. Be an ambassador of the Ryman brand, helping drive turnover and revenues with a focus on customer service.
What will this role involve?
As a Sales Assistant you will support the store management team and contribute to back-of-house and customer-facing activities to drive store performance.
What will you be responsible for?
* Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group by learning the business and sharing knowledge with customers.
* Confidently handle customer complaints and difficulties, including returns, to support customer retention.
* Aim to exceed KPIs and objectives set by Store Management Team and the business.
* Engage with customers, identify needs, and help them purchase by applying product knowledge and promoting relevant promotions and upselling.
* Carry out stock replenishment and maintain accuracy of stock systems when required.
* Promote high visual merchandising standards and maintain store housekeeping.
* Acquire and develop product knowledge continuously.
* Recognise opportunities to increase sales value by offering appropriate additional items.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety policies.
