The Role:
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid social and digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and ROI targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the full digital landscape
* Align campaigns with business goals, KPIs, and commercial objectives
Paid Media Performance
* Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other paid channels
* Lead A/B testing and continuous campaign optimisation to maximise ROI
Analytics & Commercial Performance
* Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and campaign ROI
* Analyse results and translate data-driven insights into actionable improvements
Brand & Retail Marketing
* Deliver campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and messaging
* Apply brand-led thinking within a retail-focused marketing environment
Agency & Partner Collaboration (Bonus)
* Work with external agencies and partners, managing briefs and outputs
* Confidently collaborate across in-house teams and agency environments
Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in paid social and digital marketing performance
* Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels
* Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working cross-functionally
