* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistent, student-focused care

* Contribute to a nurturing learning environment that supports emotional regulation and independence

* Help with personal care and mobility where required (full training provided)

* Record progress and observations to inform EHCP targets and ongoing support

We're Looking For:

* Good communication skills and the ability to build trust with students and staff

* A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to meet individual pupil needs

* Understanding of safeguarding, inclusive practice, and person-centred support

* Relevant training or qualifications (e.g. Team Teach, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, or Health & Social Care) are desirable but not essential - full induction and training available

What's on Offer:
* Full-time and long-term roles in specialist SEN settings across Northampton

* Supportive school environments with experienced SEN teams and pastoral care structures

* Ongoing CPD and access to training in behaviour support, communication strategies, and safeguarding

* Opportunities for career progression into SEN teaching, therapy, or pastoral leadership

* A genuinely rewarding role where you can make a daily impact on a young person's confidence, progress, and wellbeing

If you're ready to make a difference and want to be part of a compassionate, child-centred team, apply now for Educational Support Worker roles in SEN schools across Northamptonshire, starting September 2025.
