Are you an expert Sales Administrator who thrives in a busy team performing a varied role? An independent agency in West Berkshire is looking for an experienced candidate to be instrumental supporting their sales and lettings team.
Key areas of the role:
* Day to day office administration
* Assist with some property viewings
* Client support
* Handle enquiries from all communications
* Update property listings
* Compliance
* Liaise with solicitors and contractors
Core skills:
* Proficient using Microsoft packages
* Comfortable using Property Software
* Solid written & communication skills
* Attentive to details
* Able to work efficiently within a team
* Estate Agency experience
* Customer service experience
* Team player
A basic salary of £28,000 is available with additional commission opportunities and the use of a company car.
Please note that for this full time position you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
