4. an individual who has high expectations for behaviour and who will go the extra mile for our pupils, families and school community?
5. an individual with flexibility, good humour and great communication & team work skills?
In return we can offer you:
6. wonderful pupils & wider school community, who are a joy to serve.
7. professional development opportunities, working with a range of schools and networks – including coaching and mentoring for individuals working in the earlier stages of their career
8. a welcoming, caring and hard-working staff team.
9. a highly supportive, ambitious and collaborative leadership team who prioritise the work-life balance of staff so they are best placed to support our pupils.
Please see our job description, person specification and recruitment pack for more information. We strongly recommend arranging a visit to the school prior to applying; please contact the school office to arrange this.
