Trinity House Group are currently partnering with a market leading SME business in Wednesbury, to recruit a Management Accountant. We are looking for an ambitious, hands on Accountant to join the business to support the wider finance team. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will complete monthly management accounts and collaborate with the wider business to deliver accurate analysis and management information. The business is going through a period of transformation, and as such we require a candidate who thrives in a growing, progressive, fast-paced environment. You will also assist with the financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, providing insights.The Duties
* Responsible for the preparation of month end management accounts.
* Preparation and submission of year end accounts.
* Supervise prepayments and accruals with variance analysis.
* Develop internal controls, KPI reporting and inventory accounting.
* Provide financial information and business partnering support.
* Assist with forecasting and budgeting.
The Requirements
* Experienced Accountant with drive, energy and ambition.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
* Good commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financials into meaningful recommendations.
