Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Flexible Working) Salary: up to £40,000 per annum Bonus The Role As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising integrated campaigns that drive student bookings and strengthen brand presence. Working across digital and offline channels, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to execute high-impact campaigns aligned with business objectives. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where data, creativity and commercial thinking come together. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns Coordinate activity across paid media, social, PR, SEO and out-of-home Manage timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and to brief Performance & Insight Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance Track key metrics including CPL and CPB to maximise ROI Turn insights into actionable recommendations that improve results Agency & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with external agencies (digital, creative, PR) Collaborate with internal teams across operations and on-site property teams Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across multiple stakeholders Property Marketing & Local Activation Support local marketing initiatives to drive awareness and bookings Work with on-site teams to deliver events, partnerships and community campaigns Balance brand consistency with locally relevant activity Budget Management Support planning and allocation of marketing budgets Ensure spend is optimised to deliver strong commercial outcomes Marketing Operations Support marketing systems and tools, including CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) About You You’re a proactive, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple projects.
