This temporary role of Global Events Planner will drive the development, project management and deployment of the Triumph Motorcycles Global Dealer Conference, in Thailand in October 2026. The Global Dealer Conference will bring Triumph’s dealer network together to celebrate the incredible growth of the brand and share plans for the evolution of the brand and the bikes. The aim is to deliver a premium, inspirational, world-class event that will help Triumph and its dealers build the path to future growth and profitability together.
This role approx. end date will be November 2026.

Duties and Responsibilities:
14. Operational tasks management
15. Managing event, production and content agencies
16. Registration management and coordination for guests, presenters, Triumph staff and crew
17. Plenary session planning and coordination
18. Motorcycle logistics (working alongside fleet coordinator)
19. Coordination of content and assets
20. Logistics
21. Sponsorship
22. Supplier and Contractor coordination
23. Risk assessments, H&S, Insurance
24. Budget Tracking, including reconciliation and recharges to markets
25. Support the team in Day-to-day tasks
26. Other business tasks to support the area of PR, Events, Sponsorship and Bike Fleet operation.
27. To undertake and assist with projects as required by your Manager.
28. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by your Manager.
Skills & Experience required:
29. Proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
30. Previous experience of events organisation.
31. Being willing to travel internationally around 10 times per year is essential for this role.
32. Extensive experience of automotive events organisation is desirable
33. Knowledge of a second/multiple languages is also a plus
Hours: Monday to Friday 39 hours per week.
