Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week. Job Status: Fixed Term, commencing ASAP until 31 March 2027. Job Title: Multimedia Designer. Location: Home-based with expectation of travel within England as required. Salary: £46,598.80. Closing Date: 21 May 2026. Interview Date(s): From 28 May (TBC).
Role Overview
It’s an exciting time to join our Workforce Learning and Development Team as a Multimedia Designer. This role will play a significant part in improving and expanding Skills for Care’s learning and development offer.
Responsibilities
* Video editing, graphic design and e-learning development, ensuring outputs are visually consistent and learner-focused, bringing our products to life.
* Work closely with the Marketing Team and commercial colleagues to deliver in line with brand and style guidelines, and to meet commercial expectations.
* Apply solid experience in learning and development, training and education, including e-learning design and Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in multimedia production for learning and development.
* Strong portfolio of video, graphic and e-learning work.
* Knowledge of LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
