Responsibilities:
* Facilitate neonatal education and professional development
* Provide clinical support and supervision to staff
* Ensure competency assessments and high-quality training programs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance neonatal care standards
Requirements:
* Teaching & mentoring qualification and relevant experience
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staff training
* Significant experience in neonatal nursing, with a strong background in education and training
* Passionate about education and professional development
* Commitment to providing the highest standard of care
