GSL Education are seeking a dynamic and passionate SEN Primary Teacher to work at a special needs school for pupils aged 2-16 with a wide range of needs in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, starting immediately.

SEN Primary Teacher Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, personalised lessons to pupils with special educational needs.
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with school curriculum and SEN requirements.
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored interventions.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure inclusive learning.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide feedback.
SEN Primary Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with SEN in a primary setting.
* A calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent approach.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
