Female Support Worker – Waking Nights
Location: Glenholme, Vincent Place, Stevenage, SG1 3AT
Hours: Full-Time Night Positions – up to 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.25 – £12.45 per hour + paid training + excellent benefits
Please note: Due to the needs of the service and its residents, this role is open to experienced female applicants only.
Basic Pay £12.25 per hour.
With verified Care Certificate (or obtained with us): £12.35 per hour.
With verified NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or obtained with us): £12.45 per hour.

The Role – What You'll Do as a Waking Night Support Worker
* Provide companionship and reassurance throughout the night
* Support with personal care and wellbeing needs
* Promote independence and encourage individual routines
* Safely manage and administer medication
* Ensure residents feel secure, comfortable, and supported overnight
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a care or support role but not essential
* Compassion, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships
* Willingness to work waking night shifts
* An Enhanced DBS check (required – we'll guide you through this process)
