We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has previous experience supporting students with SEN as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Understands the demands and rewards of working in a secondary SEN setting
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse learning needs
Can commute reliably to Birmingham and is available to start in September
