We’re on the hunt for Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in the fantastic schools we work with across Llanelli. What we’re looking for:
✔️ Fluent Welsh speaker – both written and spoken
✔️ A genuine passion for helping children thrive
✔️ Some classroom experience is ideal, but not essential
✔️ A positive, can-do attitude
✔️ Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
