This role is ideally suited to a lawyer with a strong foundation in contentious trusts and probate work, looking to step into a key position within a growing department.
The work will involve:
1. Acting on a range of matters including challenges to the validity of Wills, inheritance disputes, trustee and estate disputes, and tax related matters.
2. Managing cases with confidence and minimal supervision, while collaborating closely with the firm’s Private Client team.
3. Introducing new clients to the firm and actively growing your own caseload.
