Role Overview
The payroll administrator ensures the accuracy of all employee payroll matters and supports the People & Culture Systems & Payroll Manager in timely payroll processing. The role involves significant administration, requiring excellent attention to detail.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Champion the Champneys culture, promoting our brand principles.
* Act as a first point of contact for general queries, escalating as necessary.
* Administer payroll for colleagues in live-in accommodation.
* Manage the overpayment process.
* Administer family leave processes.
* Support the HR Administrator with PeopleBank (applicant tracking system).
* Handle zero-hour worker processes.
* Maintain electronic personal files in line with GDPR.
* Assist with ad hoc reporting, P11ds & PSAs, HR & Payroll reports.
* Support the HR team with IR35 requests.
* Ensure compliance knowledge is up-to-date.
* Demonstrate at least 6 months of hands-on payroll experience.
* Apply problem-solving skills and numerical assessment.
