This role is on a 3 monthcontract basis and is hybrid.

The Role:
This role is for a dynamic People Specialist or HR Business Partnersomeone experienced in job evaluation, and ready to make an impact.
Youll be responsible for:
* Writing, reviewing, and evaluating job descriptions aligned to frameworks like Agenda for Change and GDaD
* Ensuring consistent tone, structure, and clarity across all job documentation
* Working closely with line managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation
* Embedding inclusive language and aligning with EDI and legal standards
* Supporting the rollout of digital tools (including AI-enhanced processes) to improve efficiency
* Managing documentation governance including version control and library maintenance
About You:
Youll bring a background in HR, People, or L&D with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of job content design.
Youll need:
* CIPD qualification and membership
* Strong writing and reviewing skills with a focus on clarity and inclusive language
* Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital content tools
* Experience of job evaluation frameworks is highly desirable
* Knowledge of Agenda for Change, GDaD, or public sector HR practices
