We are currently seeking a Production/Machine Operator with Manufacturing experience to join our dynamic production team in Yatton/Clevedon.

* Monday to Friday shift
* £13.43 - 24.42
* 6 am 2 pm and 2 pm 10 pm (weekly rotation)
* No weekends
* Weekly Pay

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, production, or engineering, with hands-on experience working in a fast-paced factory or production environment. Experience operating machinery and working with production tools is essential. Familiarity with production equipment or basic engineering knowledge is highly desirable. * Assemble components using hand and power tools.
* Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
* Keep your work area clean and follow safety guidelines.
* Monitor inventory and help with minor machine repairs.
* Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
OperativesRequirements:
* Previous experience in production, engineering, or manufacturing, with basic assembly and tool skills.
* Strong attention to detail, ability to read technical drawings, and knowledge of health and safety practices.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
