Job Description
As a BarStaff member at Sodexo, located in Tidworth Garrison, you'll play a key role increating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers, particularlythe armed forces personnel we serve. This role is all about making genuineconnections and delivering excellent service to those who rely on us to enhancetheir daily experience. If you’re a friendly, approachable individual withgreat communication skills, you’ll thrive in this customer-facing role!
What You’ll Do
* Be an essential part of our Front of House team, ensuring the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, helpful attitude, always going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
* Serve drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness to ensure the bar and surrounding areas are spotless at all times.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What You Bring
* Must be 18 or older due to licensing regulations.
* A positive, “can-do” attitude, with the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support the operational needs of the business.
