The Castle of Brecon Hotel in Brecon, Powys underwent a major £3million refurbishment in Spring 2025. We are now looking to recruit a Hotel General Manager for this flagship Coaching Inn Group venue in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
With 45 fully refurbished bedrooms and bathrooms, a signature 100 + seater restaurant looking to gain AA rosettes in the future, several function rooms and a garden with the best outlook over the National Park, we are really excited about what this business is delivering and the opportunities for the future. You will need to be a multiskilled hotel operator with experience of running a multi faceted hospitality business where guest care and standards are at the heart of what you do.
You will be obsessed with providing the best guest experience for your visitors, growing and developing a team who are equally focused on providing " Hospitality from the Heart", supporting with menu development, marketing and rooms strategy, involving the community in the hotel and learning how Coaching Inn Group do things! This is a hands-on role, our leaders lead from the front and by example, to ensure we maintain great standards and achieve incredible guest service.
