Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursery Practitioner at DIVINE CHILDCARE SERVICES LIMITED, based in Westhoughton. As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include providing high-quality care and education for children, planning and implementing engaging activities, and supporting children's development across various areas including physical, emotional, and social growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and stimulating nursery environment while building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in early years education and child development
Skills in planning educational activities and creating age-appropriate learning experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with parents and colleagues
Ability to ensure a safe and secure environment for children
Certification in childcare or early years education (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification)
Familiarity with EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework is preferred
First Aid certification and safeguarding training are advantageous
