We're seeking a proactive and resident-focused Scheme Manager to provide housing and building management support within one of our social housing clients' Extra Care schemes in the Wirral for over 55s. This temporary position is for a minimum of 8-10 weeks, covering sickness, expected to work between 28 and 35 hours per week. Key responsibilities: Provide day-to-day scheme management, acting as the main point of contact for residents Carry out morning welfare checks for tenants who require, and promote independent living across the scheme Manage tenancy-related queries, including signposting to external services where needed Oversee health and safety compliance, including building checks, fire safety and accurate record keeping. Liaise with contractors, maintenance teams and external partners to ensure timely repairs Support for new resident onboarding, including viewings and sign-ups.
