This is a temporary administration post covering 6-12 months for maternity leave. The Patient Care Co‑ordinator is responsible for chronic disease review administration including inviting patients in for annual reviews and vaccinations by text, letter and telephone calls, data inputting, coding and general administration. The role involves monitoring and recording daily fridge temperature checks, processing all administration relating to cervical cytology recalls and results, sending invitations for annual reviews to all patients with long‑term conditions and those eligible for vaccinations, keeping patient records up to date with coding and document filing, and managing all queries as necessary in an efficient manner.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing work streams and deadlines.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Previous administrative experience.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and IT systems.
