We need a Headteacher or aspiring Deputy Headteacher who knows exactly "what" and "why" to join this school in January or before if your contract permits. Used to working within a SEND or SEMH setting. With strong leadership skills and experience developing a team. Happy working to a strategic plan with clear guidelines for growth. Able to develop relationships across whole of school to include staff and students. Used to working with key external stakeholders. Capable of leading from the front and demonstrating your capacity to underpin school culture and vision.
