Job Overview
Joining our team as an Administrator for Raynesway, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and handling customer service related queries efficiently. You will facilitate visitor access to the site, serve as the central point of contact for all contractors, monitor and track customer assets using relevant in-house systems, manage customer emails and act as the central point of contact for the Raynesway Cal inbox, and build relationships with customers while liaising internally with other departments and branches.
Role Details
Salary: £12.43 to £12.64 per hour
Location: Whitwick Business Centre, LE67
Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm (part‑time)
Until March 2026
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and efficiently handle customer service related queries.
* Facilitate visitor access to the site.
* Serve as the central point of contact for all contractors.

* Build relationships with customers and liaise internally with other departments and branches.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a Customer Service or administrator role in a Customer Facing role
* Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Office Suite
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Proven organisational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and in line with specific timelines.
* Self motivated and team-orientated
