Hastee is one of Europes leading Earned Wage Access and financial wellbeing solutions. Our platform allows workers to get paid flexibly at any time of the month, provides money management and budgeting support, and helps them save sustainably.
We deliver this in a B2B2C model, selling our solution to large & medium-sized companies, who in turn offer the Hastee app as a corporate benefit to their staff. Our revolutionary technology is designed to improve the productivity of the workforce and in turn, their organizations, and we are proud to have an NPS of 76 and 4.8/5 rating in the Apple Store and Google Play.
Unsurprisingly, weve already won over 300 amazing clients, including McDonalds, PayPal, and the NHS, and are now on a fantastic growth journey. Our head office is in Barcelona with a portion of our team is based in the UK.
As of June 2025, we are part of Zellis Group, a leading provider of AI-enabled HR, workforce management, payroll and benefits solutions. The acquisition comes with major investment into Hastee (thats why were hiring!) and puts us in a fantastic position for future growth.
The Role
Ready to shape the future of employee wellbeing? Hastee is on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Manage r to supercharge our growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
As a key player in our UK commercial team, you'll take ownership of a high-impact rolespearheading sales through our Moorepay partner channel while unlocking new revenue streams. Youll work closely and meet regularly with Moorepay sales leaders and Account Managers, guiding deals from initial contact through to conversion, and playing a vital role in delivering our ambitious growth targets.
It is expected that managing this channel will be your full-time job in the short and medium term, but you will need to help manage direct new business sales as required too, as we invest in marketing and events our inbound and outbound leads engine will continue to grow with these opportunities being allocated across the sales team.

This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in the Moorepay Swinton office, with some travel to other offices and customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Build deep relationships with Moorepay stakeholders that will be critical to your success.
Identify, prioritise and manage dozens of cross sell targets, best fit to Hastees ICP.
Collaborate with your colleagues to create and execute campaigns that raise Hastee brand and solution awareness i.e. make Hastee priority number 1 for the Moorepay team to promote to their clients.
Support new business opportunities and manage a growing pipeline of new business opportunities over time, as required by the business and help generate leads.
Look for return cross sell opportunities from the Hastee client base for Moorepay.
Develop and implement your effective strategy to achieve sales quotas.
Foster and maintain excellent relationships with your Hastee colleagues.
Manage a seamless handover process to onboarding and beyond to ensure only positive experiences for clients, including the kick off process with Moorepay CS and implementation teams with initial data capture for Hastee onboarding.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients, including C-level audiences.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts and performance reporting.
Skills & experience
Proven track record in an B2B Sales role, preferably in a Payroll, HR, employee benefits, B2B fintech, SaaS, or technology environment.
Well coached with versed with established sales methodologies to provide rigor in presenting and deal management.
Experience selling within a multi-stage sales cycle, managing your pipeline from prospecting to close.
Exceptional ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial vision in the way you work, combined with diligent planning and reporting capabilities.
Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels including with senior decision makers.
Proactive in your approach to work, with the ability to work autonomously, strongly self-demanding and driven, with the ambition and tenacity needed to make a difference.
A strong understanding of the UK payroll market and Moorepay solution set is a distinct advantage.
