In this role, you’ll work end-to-end across the learning lifecycle — from needs analysis to design and delivery — supporting three core areas:
* Induction & onboarding for new colleagues
* Change delivery and embedding operational changes
* Transformation learning, supporting our shift towards more digital and AI enabled processes
This role suits someone who is energised by a challenge, thrives in an environment that is evolving quickly, and can translate organisational change into engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
