This is a deputy manager role reporting to the Operations Director.
The role includes running at least one of the revenue stream (Gastro Pub F&B, Hotel, and /or The Pavilion Events Business)
You must be experienced in running both restaurant and bar departments and be comfortable leading a team of varying skills and experience.
As well as the day to day responsibilities of maintaining excellent customer service and essential operational needs you will be expected to contribute to the medium and long term strategies of developing a quality hospitality businesses operational and people challenges and revenue growth in a challenging marketplace.
You will have significant financial responsibility, operating, and encouraging the team to achieve both financial and operational KPI's.
You will be required to run the business when key figures are absent. their absence, leading by example at all times with a positive and upbeat attitude and ensuring all company guidelines are followed stringently.
Your communication skills should be of a high standard, showing strong leadership qualities when running shifts.
You will work across multiple departments throughout the working week.
