Practice Nurse | Permanent Position | Bromley Area
A friendly, well run GP surgery in the Bromley area is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join their supportive clinical team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building long term patient relationships and has a strong background in chronic disease management within primary care.
The Role:
* Long term condition reviews including diabetes, asthma, COPD and hypertension
* General practice nursing duties
* Cytology, immunisations and vaccinations
* Wound care and dressings
* Health promotion and patient education
* Supporting QOF and chronic disease management targets
