Main Purpose of Role
The Integrated Offender Management (IOM) Team is currently recruiting.
The IOM are an integral team within the Prevention Hub, who manage a cohort of offenders who pose a risk to our communities. Sitting under the Safeguarding and Reducing Reoffending arm of the Prevention Hub, the IOM work a cohort of offenders and with partners to reduce the likelihood of further offending.
The primary role of the post holder is to provide connection and support with the Integrated Offender Management (IOM) and Multi Agency Intelligence Team (MAIT) team to offer specialist advice in respect of Domestic Abuse (DA) offenders for the purpose of offender management and crime reduction.
To ensure compliance with national guidance, force procedures and local protocols, to promote best practice and manage the risk of harm to vulnerable people.
