The successful candidate will work under the direction of the head teacher and site manager to carry out a range of duties as outlined in job description to ensure safety, security, maintenance and cleanliness of the site and premises.The successful candidate will: ·be an experienced cleaner / caretaker or experienced within building maintenance · have a range of practical maintenance skillshave good verbal communication skills when dealing with both children and adults · possess a firm understanding of health and safety procedures / issuesThe successful candidate’s working hours will be 25 hours per week, working hours 13:00 – 18:00 each day, The school may require changes to these hours in order to answer the needs of the school.
