Working closely with senior stakeholders and you'll play a key role in enhancing reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the organisation.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nPartner with stakeholders to provide forward-looking financial insight and influence strategy\n\nLead on budgeting and forecasting, including ownership of financial outputs and performance metrics\n\nDeliver commercial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making\n\nPresent financial findings to senior leadership, investors, and board members\n\nProvide deep-dive and ad hoc analysis to highlight key trends and opportunities\n\nAbout you:\n\nExperience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis\n\nProgressing towards or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred)\n\nStrong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills\n\nAdvanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities\n\nHighly analytical with strong attention to detail and communication skills\n\nSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 with a 10% bonus\nLocation: Northampton (Hybrid working available)\nContract type: Permanent\n\nThis is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic and purpose-driven business offering clear progression opportunities, ongoing professional development, and a supportive, inclusive culture
