Salary: £50,000 (DOE) + Commission | OTE £60,000£65,000
A key part of our success has been the Lead Generation Academy, where we develop school leavers and first-time job seekers into high-performing sales professionals. We are now looking for a hands-on, motivational Academy & Lead Generation Manager to lead this team and drive performance to the next level.
The Role
As the Academy & Lead Generation Manager, you will take ownership of a team of approximately six academy trainees, coaching and developing them through a structured 1218 month programme.
Your goal is to help them become confident, capable salespeople who can consistently generate new business meetings for our field sales teams.
