Babington are currently supporting Bnbhost Limited, for an admin apprentice for their office in Glasgow.\nBnbhost provide fully managed short term let and Airbnb services for property owners and investors. We cover everything from guest communication, cleaning, maintenance and marketing of our clients properties. We operate predominantly in Glasgow but have properties at Loch Lomond and Loch Awe. \nBnbhost is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Apprentice Admin Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in business administration within a dynamic, fast-growing short-term lettings and property management company. You will also receive ongoing training support from Babington.\nAbout the Role\nAs an Apprentice Admin Assistant, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support across the business. Working closely with our operations and guest services teams, you will help keep things running smoothly from managing communications and maintaining records to supporting bookings and coordinating with property owners and guests.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nHandling incoming enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner\nMaintaining and updating property records, booking systems, and internal databases\nAssisting with the preparation of reports, documents, and correspondence\nSupporting the coordination of property check-ins, check-outs, and maintenance scheduling\nLiaising with housekeeping teams, contractors, and suppliers as directed\nHelping to manage calendars, appointments, and team schedules\nCarrying out general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management\n\nKey Benefits\nFlexible working\nCasual dress code\nCompany days / nights out\nCycle to work scheme\n The successful candidate will gain real life skills within communication, administration and exploring the importance of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues within a professional evironment.\nYou will also be working towards achieving your Business Admin qualification at SCQF 6.
